Founder

Yvonne is the proud owner of the estate agency and is like a Caithness gale blowing through the office with her energy and enthusiasm for property always evident. Yvonne says she doesn’t have spare time (which we agree with), but when she does she enjoys the occasional glass of Asti Spumanti and visiting her cute-as-button grandson Innes.

Diane Malcolm

Business Manager

Diane is our Business Manager, she also provides through Caithness Mortgages a first-class mortgage service to many of our clients. When she isn’t busy with both jobs she enjoys nothing more than having fun and making mischief with her two wee sidekicks, her granddaughter, Hallie, and her mini-dachshund; or kicking back with a good movie, good company, and a glass of wine.

Jena McLean

Sales Progressor

Jena is perfect as our Sale Progressor, she loves building relationships with our clients and customers. Jena has a brilliant sense of humour and her caring personality shows through, she never puts anyone off with a sore heart in both her work and personal life. She is very family-orientated and spends a lot of time with her sisters and nephews.

Nicola Manson

Customer Care

Nicola is our office angel! She quietly, calmly, and efficiently steers the team and is loved by our clients. When she’s not at work Nicola is a long-suffering football widow (losing her hubby to many afternoons shouting at footy matches on the telly!), she loves walking and her 3 children keep her on her toes!

Sean Hay

Negotiator

At work, Sean is outnumbered by the ladies, but holds his own! He enjoys working with clients and we have had many compliments about him. In his spare time, Sean is a talented and avid golfer and splits his time between golfing and dad duties, longing for the day he can get his wee boy his first golf club.
